What is QRSweb?

QRSweb is An AI - powered content monetisation engine for literary works; Pay and read per time, Per page/chapter, percent volume consumed or full access.

How much does it cost?

You can flexibly read any book by the time, Page, Chapter and percentage volume without having to buy at the cost of the whole book except you are buying full access model..

What is the QRSweb wallet?

With the wallet you can preload funds for the purpose of buying books without paying bank transfer charges each time you want to purchase a book; Once you load the wallet the cost of the book will be charged from the balance on the wallet.
Benefit: You won’t have to be punching your credit cards or account details each you want to make a purchase, the wallet is good for budgeting and avoiding bank charges each time you are buying a book.

Do I need the internet to always access any book I buy?

No. You can access the books you bought by switching to offline reading; only available on the app.

Do I have access to the book or parts of the book bought for life?

Yes Except the per time billing model which expires once the duration of time you bought lapses however you can pause and play your time in between as the need arises.
For the page, chapter, volume or full access model of reading you retain access for life.

How do I publish my books on QRSweb?

Create an account under any of the following categories (Academic and Institution) as deemed appropriate.

I paid for a book, but I’m still unable to read, what should I do?

If you experience difficulties reading a book after successfully being charged, Kindly send us an e-mail stating the QRSweb email address, Attach receipt of payment generated in your email to billing@qrsweb.com.

Can I approximate the cost of the book when I am paying for a book

No Do not approximate the cost of the book at the point of making transfer or USSD; ensure you paid the exact amount the system require you to pay; do not pay above or below the amount e.g 3456.78 (pay exactly that which was displayed at the top right including the decimals).
And after transferring the money you will click the I have paid the money button which is found beneath the account number you paid to after clicking give the system couple of minutes to verify your transaction unto payment successful.

How do I find books to read?

You can find books by clicking the Bookstore in the side Navigation bar or searching for book titles and authors. You also have the option of adding books to your library to read later.

I’m trying to pay for a book, but I have not received my OTP.

Kindly initiate the payment once more, the OTP is sent from your bank, your bank might be experiencing down time. Please give it another try after some time.
If the problem persist you can make use of the bank account details of your family or friend and do a refund or contact your bank.

How do I access the service?

You can access the library by downloading the mobile app from google play (Android) here or on the Apple app store (iOS) here. You can also download our desktop app here.

How do I sign up for the service?

You can sign up for the service by clicking the “Create Account” button on the homepage of the website and clicking “Register or signup” button on the mobile and desktop apps.

What payment methods are available on QRSweb?

Over 5 payment methods: Cards, USSD, Transfers, Payattitude and Apple Pay.

Can I receive payments in other currencies?

QRSweb accepts payments in NGN and USD. However, Content creators will be required to meet certain requirements as advised by your Relationship Manager to accept payments in foreign currencies.

Can I download the book I purchased on QRSweb on my phone or laptop?

Books purchased on QRSweb can only be read on the QRSweb mobile and desktop app or website.

I am not satisfied with the book I purchased, can I return it and get a refund?

Books purchased on QRSweb cannot be refunded. We advise that before purchasing a book from an author you’re not familiar with, that you read through the synopsis and reviews of other readers, this should help you make a more informed decision on whether to proceed or not.

I no longer want to purchase books on QRSweb. Can my wallet balance be refunded to me?

Funds withdrawal is only available for authors who have made sales on the QRSweb platform. Readers cannot withdraw funds in their wallets meant for book purchases.

Does QRSweb Check a book before making it live on the platform?

Yes. Once you click the publish button your book is submitted to Quality Assurance to ensure it meets our community standards. We check for plagiarism

I got an error 404 while trying to read a book on the website. What does that mean?

This error message means your internet connection is unstable. Kindly check your connection, refresh your browser and try again.

I refilled my wallet with more funds than I wanted. Can I get a refund? Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund. The good news is that the funds in your wallet do not expire and can be used to buy a book at any time. I would like to report book theft/plagiarism. What should I do? Do you have proof of the original owner of the published book? If yes, kindly send an email to contact@QRSweb.com attaching evidence of claims. What should I do if I’ve forgotten my password? Don't worry if you've forgotten your password! Simply click the 'Forgot your password?' link next to the login button and follow the instructions.
